Very useful basic set.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used the older 18v version of this for a number of years. I upgraded with the adapters to use the newer 20 v batteries. You cannot go wrong with this. there is nothing that you do not need in this. It is just so very useful.

Ability to expand to other tools is priceless

Great set of tools, terrible batteries

Perfect Bundle

The 4 main ‘tools’ are strong and easy to handle. Makes for a quick job on pretty much any project. I only wish the BT speaker would also charge a battery if using the AC adapter, but its no big deal.

Had to get this set cause my 18 got stolen....tools great....batteries suck....too small..dewalt knows what there doing....put small batteries....cause they know u need to buy the bigger batteries and chargers....

5 + Jobsite Bluetooth Speaker

I also purchased the DCB606 2PK 20/60 w/charger in addition to this set. Two decks finished so far one 10’x20’ and a raised deck 10’x8’ with no issues. Average run time 5-8 hours intermittent usage per day. Would not have been possible without buying the additional DCB606 2PK. I agree that the Bluetooth speaker should not be labeled as a tool, however it also works good enough for a small job site.

Actually 5 tool kit

A useless speaker is not a tool. Had to return my original purchase a week later because the chuck head came apart on the impact driver. Return was easy and no problems. So far the new combo kit is working just fine and no problems with the new impact driver. The bluetooth speaker is totally worthless - it will not pair with a bluetooth radio. Speaker only pairs with a cell phone and I do not use my cell phone as a radio. The speaker is the reason for the 4 star rate. Would have given 5 s...

good value

I bought this set at the current $399.99 price point and I think it is a very solid deal. Sure, there are probably better power tool sets out there, but for an above average set, this is pretty gosh-darn solid. I just bought my first house which is a duplex (somewhat of a fixer upper) and I feel better now having a solid all around set of power tools for a good price. Great kit with everything you need at 20V

I am very satisfied with this purchase and it has great power. The kit comes with a charger and two batteries along with the tools and even entertainment in the form of a bluetooth speaker. Contrary to the other comments, I too do not consider the speaker a tool but I do welcome the speaker. One of the reviews stated: " I personally would never waste one of my batteries listening to a speaker on the job site.
