Excellent Cordless Product

This is handy and powerful. Definitely best with a higher capacity battery; I use a 6Ah battery to ensure longer runtimes. Definitely worth the money.

Great tool

Love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned a lot of angle grinders and this cuts a things like butter. I use it in multiple surfaces and it performs in all of them. I would recommend the bigger 20v batteries for this one since it uses the regular ones up quickly. The safety features on it are awesome love the kickback brake.

Paddle switch

Cordless great for smaller jobs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son gave this to me as Father's Day present; thought it would be an OK item in workshop. Now, I seem to carry it in my vehicle to all rentals, as the need for something 'quick & easy' happens often during repairs. Always carry a small pack of extra wheels, but never an extra battery, which is great!

Great grinder

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m a elevator constructor by trade and can say this grinder is a favorite of everyone.my only problem is my coworkers like it as much as I do.i finally had to tell them to get their own because I was tired of chasing it down when I needed it.its great for cutting ductwork .

Fantastically portable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's not a replacement for a corded grinder for doing lots of consecutive grinds, but when matched with a cut-off wheel or a flapper for cleanup this grinder shines. Its portability makes it in an entirely different class, and it's powerful enough to do most small jobs without a problem. Fits well into any Advanced DIY tool box.

Great tool for cutting / grinding

Gets the job Done

Very Handy

Extremely convenient for quick cutting of bolts, metal and even sanding wood projects. Plenty of power with excellent feel and balance. Great addition to my workshop.

Packs a punch!

Good tool to have

Love the soft start and stop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second 20V Max grinder. I own the DCG412B as well. This one is longer, but I find that it is at last easier to hold, and better balanced. My favorite part is that it has a "soft" brake when you let off the paddle. It spins the wheel down gently, yet quite quickly. The gearing that provides the angle transmission seem to mesh better than the gears in my other tool. This one is smoother and quieter. Clearly this one has more power ...

My daily go to grinder, use with one hand often

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned this tool for about 2 or 3 years, however long it has been out... Upgraded from the older brushed 20v version, and i like the paddle switch a lot better because it doesnt torque my wrist as bad when using one handed. I use this for sanding, cutting, sometimes grinding too, but not one main task. I like the brake, keeps me from having to slow it on my shoe or something so i dont damage the floor when setting it down.
