Would RecommendHad one DEWALT Hammer Drill as part of a tool bundle. Love it! Was using another drill make and it got dropped and broke apart. So, I replaced it with another DEWALT Hammer Drill. Great choice! The chuck is easy to use, selector band is easy to use, the tool is compact, 20V Max batteries are great, and it has an LED light to help in poorly-lit areas. Oh, brushless motor....excellent. Helps the drill run cool and not waste as much battery as brushed motor drills.

Would RecommendI purchased this drill based upon my son-in-law's recommedation, and some shared usage on a recent DIY project. Have only had the drill a short time, and used it for a couple relatively light duty projects. Performance has been OUTSTANDING. I'm light duty DIY'r and this drill will rarely see usage beyond once per month. Still, in my experience with other types and brands over the years, this Dewalt is hands down the best I've owned, and also the best value. It may cost a little more than so...

Solid light duty tool
Would RecommendI only needed this for 1/4” cement anchors, but it did that well. Nice that you combine drill and driver too. Not a bulldog, but it’s not meant to be. Good for smaller diameter driving.

Would RecommendGiving 2 stars due to the fact that I had to return 2 of these drills before getting 1 that was not defective. The problem on the other 2 were the chuck housings had a major wobble with them. Both were out by about 1/8", may not sound like a lot but after putting a 6" bit in them there is major wobbling. Was doing research online and this seems to be an ongoing problem with Dewalt cordless drills.3rd. time they got it right.
