Perfect Replacement!

I replaced my old drill for this one. Hopefully it will provide years of service as the old one that still works well. I would recommend this unit for anyone in the market for a replacement with lithium batteries.

Great drill

The batteries hold a charge for a long time and the built in light is awesome. Its lightweight and has a keyless chuck so that's a big plus. It comes with 2 batteries too! Great drill/ screwdriver/ hammer!! My wife has even used it and loves it!!

Great drill

I purchased this and gave it to my son. He is really enjoying this product I would have given the drill 5 stars but I found out later on that package had been tampered with and was missing a battery.

Didn't last more than 30 minutes

I thought I was stepping up in class when i bought this 20 V compact drill/driver . I used it twice and it stopped working, Total running time 30 minutes or less. I'm a few days past the replacement warranty limit and it's a hour one way to the repair shop for DeWalt. I would not recommend you buy Dewalt drills.

Great quality at reasonable price

Dewalt is a well known quality brand and delivers it with this tool. Used for some home renovation work, and it performed flawlessly as expected.

wish it had a better battery

Worked for the project I needed, but I've gotten batter Dewalt batteries in other kits.

New chuck still doesn't grip small drill bits good.

Barely works for one screw

I think I have a faulty unit. The batteries show that they are full (steady red light) and they the battery dies when driving the first screw. Both batteries are reacting the same, which is weird. Thus, I'm not convinced whether it's the batteries or the actual took that is faulty. Otherwise, if it worked, the drill seems well built. I am usually very satisfied with deWalt products. Will be returning this kit when quarantine is over.

I bought this for my husband. It was delayed but I received it just in time. He was very pleased.

Replacing an old hammer drill and wanted one of high quality. From information from others users and talking to your employee in the tool section who recommended it, I bought the Dewalt hammer drill. I have used the drill several times and believe it is of high quality and a good buy

Powerful little drill

This thing has some impressive torque without the weight of the bigger 20 volt hammer drill. If drilling heavier metal, and the drill bit bites, you better be paying attention, because it is tough stop the drill from spinning around.

Great hammer drill and very light with 5AH battery

I have owned this tool for 8 moths, the small batteries are good for all project, once one battery dies swap out batters to the other one and continue working, But I bought 2 pack of 5 ah battery's and1 of them last the whole day, and I never have to change battery's out. great hammer drill

I bought this specifically to drill 1/2" holes in concrete. This hammer drill performed flawlessly. I wish the drill bits lasted as long. I used it with a 5Ah battery and almost drilled 4 holes around 3" deep, the battery had 1 bar left. It took about 5-10 minutes for each hole because the first drill bit I used wasn't so good. The drill warmed up after the 3rd hole and needed some time to cool, as the performance seems to reduce as it gets hot. It's never too hot to the touch. I'm surprised thi...

Dewalt is the best

This DEWALT is compact but packs the power to get the job done. I use it with a 3" auger to plant tulips. It worked like a champ.
