What Customers Are Saying
The Deckorators deck railing system received mixed reviews. Customers found the railing easy to install, attractive, and good value, appreciating the modern, low-profile design. However, many reported missing or damaged parts, inaccurate dimensions causing installation problems, and poor quality hardware. While satisfied customers praised the finished look, the high rate of quality control and fulfillment issues appears to be a significant problem.

Would RecommendI ordered 2 sets, 1 box ONLY had the top and bottom rails. The 2nd box was missing everything but the top and bottom rails and the 14 balusters. I have contacted our local Lowe's and will be returning both boxes and reordering 2 more sets. I only hope it doesn't take another 30 days to arrive like the 1st order.

Cheaply made
Would Not RecommendScratches easily and hard to attach top on bars b/c they don’t easily stay in place. A gasket to hold them in place would be very useful

Would RecommendVery easy to work with and much more affordable than trex alternative. I've only had them up for two weeks but so far no majore problems. Be ware that the instructions reccomend 3.5 inch space, but the the bottom mid support is only 3.25 inches so attach it to bottom piece and use that as your spacer. Also the bracket covers are a little tricky to take off and put back on and are thin hard plastic so be careful taking them off and putting them back on. One last issue is they only provide ...

They ARE NOT 6 FEET
Would RecommendThe rail system is nice, HOWEVER they are NOT 6 FT (72") they are only 68"! My order was delayed by almost 2 months. In the meantime I had the posts set based on them being SIX FEET. They aren't available in longer sections. But my contractor is really smart so he was able to make 5 sections work by using sheet metal and the cut off parts from other sections.

Don't buy it
Would Not RecommendI purchase the brown color one upon inspection of the product I just notice excessive scratches on the top of the railing . Both rails are not protected while in side the box causing both to rub against each other and get scratched. The scratches will be facing upwards as per the instructions. I surely don't want a scratched product on my new rail. I purchase sets an all 3 are like that.

Impressive product from Deckorators
Would RecommendI just installed this product on my twenty-five year old deck. The new railing was smartly engineered, easy to install, and very attractive. Follow the directions and you will be happy with the results. I did have a couple of pieces of hardware missing from one of the boxes, so i contacted the manufacturer. They immediately shipped the missing parts. I couldn't be more pleased.
