What Customers Are Saying
The Deckorators deck railing system received mixed reviews. Customers found the railing easy to install, attractive, and good value, appreciating the modern, low-profile design. However, many reported missing or damaged parts, inaccurate dimensions causing installation problems, and poor quality hardware. While satisfied customers praised the finished look, the high rate of quality control and fulfillment issues appears to be a significant problem.

Advertised at 6 foot they were not 6 foot. They were 68 inches and one of my railings was damaged and missing parts.

overall a decent railing kit.
Would Recommendoverall, the installation is really easy. The finished product looks really nice. my only complaints would be that the screws aren't that great that come with the kits, they strip easily. My other complaint is that the finish is applied on top of like a translucent polymer. it chips pretty easily where you cut it. The brackets cover it, so no big deal. We will see how it holds up over time. I'll be purchasing more for my other porches, but will purchase better screws.

Happy Customer
Would RecommendI purchased Deckerator's gray Grab and Go with black spindle rail kits for my 5'X10' balcony. I received everything and on time. What I truly like about the rails is their clean, low profile modern look. The price was affordable and the video instructions comprehensive too. Although they are PVC they don't look or feel cheap. I paired the rails with MoisterShield's, beautiful Meridian, Catalina decking that harmonize the look perfectly. I am more than pleased with the finished deck and will enj...

So far, this supplier has not delivered.
Would Not RecommendPackages arrived damaged and parts were missing. Contacted supplier thru Lowes and they did send me some of the missing items but not the correct ones. Of the four difference parts missing, only one was correct. Asked for 14 of the balusters - received 168, asked for 2 rail supports - received 0, asked for 1 set of rail brackets - received 1, and asked for 2 packages of screws - received 1. I then contacted supplier directly and they promised that they would send me the balance of the missin...

Terrible packaginf
Would Not RecommendWould be a nice product if all the parts came with it and it wasn’t all scratched and marked up cause they don’t bother to putting foam or anything in their packaging so it all just sits in an over sized box to destroy itself
