I ordered 6 of these (all remaining stock) and when I went to pick up, checked the boxes and found all had been swapped for a post sleeve. No rail kit. Lowe's got scammed. I cancelled my order and placed an order at another store. The second store sent a message that they were out of stock and I could look for alternative. When searching, it showed that a nearby store had 6 in stock. The original store, after refunding me, marked the items back in stock. Someone is going to be very unhappy if th...

That the right parts are in the box, mine were not
Would RecommendIt was what I was looking for. It’s big draw back is five of the eight boxes had either missing parts or the wrong parts in the box. It’s a fourty five minute drive one way to get it straightened out. I believe if I do any more I will open the boxes to make sure that it is right. Also a couple were missing there instructions. It was definitely a learning curve.

Inaccurate description of product
Description indicates product is 6’ in length which should be 72 inches it is not it is only 68 inches in length which was very disappointing!!! I wanted to use the railing for both sides my steps which was 33” on each side! I could not because it was not actually exactly 72 inches so that the railing holes would line up! If you going to advertise 6’ then it should be 6’ I think 🤔

Would RecommendThese were by far one of the easiest systems to install. As a Contractor, I have installed many of the "other brands". This installation was super easy and the product is well thought out. Will be purchasing on future builds. My only issue is that I wish the stair kits came in 8' sections and not just the 6'.
