Would Not RecommendThis product seems quite stable and looks nice. I was disappointed it did not come with suitable bolts and do not remember seeing that clearly indicated in the listing. I would also recommend caution unboxing the base plate cover. It is held together by 2 very small unsupported metal clips that shatter off at the first drop. We don’t care and we’re just going to glue it.

Would RecommendI am satisfied with the quality of the post and the ease of installation. The post comes with a base cover and post cap, both of which are easy to install. The post's base has four predrilled mounting holes, but if you need to drill another hole, it is easy to do so. I recommend purchasing these posts for any deck.

Would Not RecommendAll the posts had cosmetic damage due to the way they were packaged, the cardboard collars fitted to the top of the posts wore off some of the finish. I will have to repaint as were the damage is will show above the handrails.
