Ratings & Reviews for Deckorators Grab and Go Classic 6-ft x 36-in White Composite Deck Rail Kit Hardware Included

Half the parts were missing!

As I was about to start my deck railings I started opening the boxes realizing that the hardware was missing ballast were missing. How do you ship a Box that's been opened with missing parts.!

Maintenance free with professional aesthetics

This product was very easy to install. Liked the ease of putting into posts and finished look. Maintenance free is the reward of this. No painting just a quick spray when needed Looks professional and easy to take care of. Well worth the money. No more painting or scraping. Just a wash down.

Not actually 6ft

The railing is not 6ft like described. It is actually 4 inches short at 68 inches. This make for waste of money. There is 72 inches between posts, so i returned them which was easy, but now i have to buy 8ft railing to throw away 2 ft. If you advertise 6ft it should be 6ft.

Hand rails installed on a 16x22 deck

Very eazy to install and looked really good, the quaility seamed to be of a high standard

Terrible packaging

This product never comes in usable condition they’re so worried about having blue boxes they fail to realize the blue bleeds all over the railings and doesn’t come off, I ordered 5 8 foot sections in returning every single section due to this issue damages and dye all over them, totally unacceptable

Purchase directly from the manufacturer

Was extremely satisfied with the product my back deck looks beautiful everyone that passes by compliments us on it the only problem was when we purchased items from the store all the pieces were not there in several boxes but the store gladly made the substitutions. Now I have a five star back yard.

Great form and fit, but needs stronger packaging

The railing system is beautifully designed and engineered. Parts fit tight, and the smooth surface is so much nicer than even painted wood, which is what I replaced. But I spent an extra 8 hours chasing down missing parts from 4 different Lowes because the box ends break open and parts get lost. This issue needs to be fixed. Also, the 4x4 post covers are quite tight so they only work for posts mounted from underneath. Posts mounted on concrete with brackets will not allow the sleeve to go over t...

See above

Essy to work with, veryforgiving, posts dont have to be perfectly aligned. If you need 22.5 degree angle brackets, they hav classic or contemporary. Lowes and the company's website are not very clear on idantifying that there are two types. Only gripe, very satisfied thiugh. Worth the wait for the brackets
