Would Not RecommendI did not install the plastic Air Gap, however the cover is made of plastic, NOT METAL as it advertises. Sad that it's so common to see incorrect/false product information.

Be careful not to over hand tighten threads strip
Would Not RecommendThe install was difficult. Some was location under the sink but what was challenging was the quality of the product. The plastic seems too soft. When I tightened Down the plastic nut on the plastic threads they were actually slipping. I had to manipulate it just be tight enough to hold
