Would Recommendcinch nut only allows for finger tight unfortunately the 7/8 hose weight puts pressure on the stop gap requiring an additional 1/4 turn.

Would RecommendThe quality is a little less, the 7/8 hose places unnecessary pressure against the Air gap which requires snugging the mounting nut slightly tighter than hand-tight to insure that water doesn't seep past the seal and cause leak under the sink.
