Sandy gritty difficult to spread

I bought this Flexible Patch for interior and the Platinum patch for exterior. What a difference. HUGE. The Flexible patch has sharp, gritty, course sand and is difficult to spread as well as adhere to the OSB. And it covers about half of what the Platinum does. I will not buy this product again. If you want value - go with the Platinum.

Good product - good price

Nice to have a small volume of pre-mixed leveler on small jobs where you don't need to level a large area. An expensive way to go for larger jobs.

Great for nail holes left from carpet tack strips.

It was easy to apply.

Not sure what this is floor but big holes failed

I didn't realize this "remains flexible" and I used it on a 6 inch wide 1/4 inch deep hole. After 6 months a large person stepped on the spot and now it is permanently a hole and the vinyl floor bows every time you step on it. Do not buy if you want a solid leveled floor.

First-time user, was expecting more fluid than the paste I got. Drops of water on the concrete floor and a trowel, and it spread easily like cake icing. .

Useful

Just used it so I don’t know if it’ll hold up long term but was perfect for filling in shallow pitted areas for tiling.

Easy to use with good 6” drywall taping knife

Easy to use/float with 6” drywall taping/joint knife. Hardens and Adheres to Plywood Subfloor really well without cracking. Used to fill in voids left in joints from replacing subfloor in old kitchen and master bath and also where old subfloor met new subfloor on 40x20 addition to house.

Pretty flexible

It’s pretty caulk like almost. Don’t scrape anything over it.

That it takes way to long to dry,

Takes to long to dry for a patch job. I needed something quick

a bit too thick and dries clumpy too quickly if you don't work in tiny areas

Excellent product for leveling areas of a plywood floor that will have carpeting installed over it.

Good stuff

I used this to level out a bathroom floor where we are putting down a wood underlayment over existing subfloor and old tile. There was carpet also over that tile that had been ripped out -- taking a few old vinyl tiles with it in the process. I first sealed over the entire floor with Zinsser paint as we had concerns of asbestos. The next step was this DAP leveler for where tiles were missing and rough spots. I did ok with it but later realized that I was going to have to get it a lot smoother...
