Horrible product!

DAP should be ashamed to put there name on this product, worst patching material I have ever used. As others have stated dry when opening, mixing with a little water still chunks of rubbery crap. Been using DAP products for many years but will not buy anymore! Pure Garbage!

Excellent product - works best with level floor

I used this to patch joints in underlayment. It worked very well to fill gaps between new and existing underlayment. Use a good putty knife or a small trowel to apply, it could be sanded after drying but after seeing the finished product, that would take a lot of work. This is not self leveling, if you have large gaps or uneven floors consider using a self leveling cement instead of this product.

Good for sealing cement board and minor floor leveling. Easy to apply. Only wish Lowe’s would have the larger container in store.

Makes my life a little easier

I have used this product since 2016 to patch holes and cracks in concrete and terrazzo floors. Interior temps from ninety to seventy degrees. Exterior concrete carports as sub floors in heat as high as ninety-nine degrees. Florida humidity without rain takes about thirty to forty hours indoor. Exterior with a light plastic sheet covering no more than forty-eight hours. Never found a single case of release from the original substrate and sanding when needed is a breeze.

OK for certain uses.

This stuff was a bit like pancake batter. Thick, gritty, and rubbery. Pretty much exactly what you want for filling large voids or leveling two uneven surfaces. But it was basically impossible to feather out thin to cover joints and wasn't very good for staple holes either. Found it near impossible to sand after. If you're laying LVT or LVP on this, it should be fine. But I couldn't get a smooth enough surface for vinyl sheeting.

Super easy to spread and dries quickly. A little sanding and surface is ready for flooring of choice.

Amazing stuff for seams and small gaps

do not buy

the bucket was busted and no one open it to check it. I will never order from lowes again if you don't have it in stock I will go somewhere else.
