What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this contact cement for delivering strong, reliable bonds across diverse applications including shoe repair, laminate installation, and carpet bonding. Most highlight its powerful hold when applied correctly, with many noting it "works like a charm" and creates lasting results on leather, wood, cork, and upholstery. Reviewers appreciate the straightforward application process—applying to both surfaces, waiting 10-20 minutes, then pressing together—and commend the included brush and clear instructions. The product proves versatile for both DIYers and professionals. A few mention the strong solvent odor requires ventilation, and some note it can be messy if not handled carefully. Very Good Contact Cement...
Would RecommendThis is very good contact cement. I do leather work and have used this for years making numerous projects, holsters, knife sheaths, ect. I have fixed the soles on multiple different kinds of shoes and boots. I have never had a project come back due to glue seperation. Put it on BOTH sides and let it dry til slightly tacky feel BEFORE you put it together. Then mash together real good.

Good product but don't use delivery.
Would RecommendI used delivery on this item but received a dented can. If you use these as much as I do you will find out that you always need to seal it back with a rubber mallet. A dented can will start to fold. I was trying to save time by not having to drive 20 minutes to the nearest store that had it in stock. That's a 40 minute round trip. I have closer stores but it was not in stock at the 3 locations within 10 miles. Had I seen this in the store I wouldn't have purchased it for fear of a pinhole crack ...
