Awesome bit

This bit made me relax when screwing in a screw close to a live wire. It was very easy to find in my toolbox since it is so bright in color. Easy to attach and use. I am very happy with this product.

A Life Saving Tool

I was given this as a trial tool to try out. I will be ordering one for every single one of my employees.

Works well with confidence when you need it.

Provides security when in a panel, which is not very often. Feels somewhat large for a location where a thinner driver would fit better. A certified electrician would probably like this tool better than a handyman. Great addition to my Crescent Bit Set that is used often.

Magnetic Bit

I have used this a few times around hot wires. Like it says you can do. I never felt anything. I will buy a lot more of them since I can work a hot box and add screws or bolts in with out getting zapped. With the money and the best feature is that it’s magnetic.

Well built

The Crescent Apex - Magnetic Impact Bit Holder worked just like it should, no issues on holding the bit. I haven't had a reason to use it on any electrical panels, but the Crescent Apex - Magnetic Impact Bit Holder feels reliable and it's easy to use.

Gorilla grip magnet driver

Great tool. This insulated bit is rated to 1000 v. The magnet gets incredible strength from this slightly bulky driver. It even immediately magnetized a bit drive that I stuck in it. The bulk doesn’t get in the way of the typical electrical application. I’m a DYI with only occasional electrical projects, but these drivers are worthy of every day use.

Worry reliever!

So my son purchased an old farm house that was built in 1925. This was a complete gut and rehab including all new wiring throughout the house. This bit holder made me feel more confident while working on the wiring. Ease of mind is a wonderful thing. I would recommend this to anyone needing to do any work near wiring or any electrical device.

Good tool

Holder is heavy and seems to be very sturdy. Very easy to grip. Non slip. Magnet is strong and holds well. I can't attest to the insulating property because I haven't used in that type of situation

Works great!

Excellent magnetic holding power. Prevents slipping. It attaches to my impact drill quickly and easily. It was difficult to insert bits initially, but it got easier after the first day. Claims it insulates up to 1000 volts, but I didn’t test for that. It is just nice to know there is more protection between myself and the panel that I was working on.
