Would RecommendNeeded a set of impact sockets for a Christmas gift. This set had a fairly good range of both metric and standard sizes. He was happy with having both kinds and the case was a bonus he wasn't expecting. I don't understand why there are 2 latches on the front and then 2 more, one on each side. Seems like overkill to me. I had a similar case and those all plastic latches broke pretty quickly from the bending. Metal latches would have been better but for the price I'm not arguing.

Not much more needs to be said. Quality is quality and that hasn’t changed with this brand. They set the precedence decades ago. I still have tools that are 30 years old and still going strong. Don’t think twice about making the purchase. I have zero regrets on all my craftsman purchases.

Would RecommendSo far I have not found any tools that are damaged and none have broken yet. Case they were in dropped maybe a foot off floor and it cracked open.

Would RecommendPurchased this socket set for a friend as a birthday gift. This with a 1/2 inch Impact Wrench Driver will greatly help him with his DIY auto repair. A year ago he admired my 1/2 inch drive. Craftsman is the best in my opinion and Lowe's is great in carrying this line. This Socket Set has all the sizes he will generally need and the price was great.
