It does not cut well. The numbers for measuring came off with the first cut.

Brand New-Wont Start

I just purchased this trimmer yesterday and took it out of the box. Followed the instructions step by step. It started for a few seconds and turned off and will not start again. Tried to diagnose for two hours and called it quits. This should not be an issue right out of the box.

Don’t Bother

This is the second Craftsman Trimmer I bought in under a year! The first one lasted about 6 months the second one didn’t last a day! I remember when CRAFTSMAN meant quality, now its means cheaply made!

Complete Waste

I bought this brand new in the box and it hasn’t worked a second. The line hasn’t even touched a blade of grass because it won’t even turn over. I’ve spent hours trying to diagnose and fix whatever the problem could be but I can’t turn trash into a diamond. Just wish I would have a Stihl or even a pair of gloves to do it myself

WC2200 Weedwacker

Do not buy it. Pull it by hand. Save money. Craftsman is on the down slide. Mine lasted a season. I threw it away and got a Husquarnva.

Conversion

I have the WC2200 model and it did not come as an electric start. I would like to order the parts to make it an electric start. How can I do this?

doesn't feed string after several uses ---

the line feed system sucks. stopped working after about a year. string gets tangled inside head. can't find a replacement head anywhere

I bought this weedeater about a year ago I used it five times cannot get it to start I replaced all the lines carburetor blah blah blah piece of junk don’t buy

Bad Design

Craftsman WC 215 2 cycle/25cc Weed trimmer. The spool head cover went flying and can’t find it. Since the string needs to wrap through it, I’ll have to replace the entire head now. Should be a single piece. Poorly designed

Poor build quality

I've had it for about 2 years, and it's only been used about 8 times, now the string shoots out when I give it throttle. I've replaced every part in the had and it doesnt work.

Good product for the price

These snips seem to be very sturdy for what I will need them for. I tried one cut with some metal mesh screen for the attic vent and it cut straight and easily.

No way to replace the full head?

I’ve had this trimmer for just over 2 years and I’m having issues with the head not properly ejecting the string. Especially when the spool gets low. I’d like to replace the full head/spool but all I can find is each individual part to buy and build it myself. Why can you not buy either 1) a new curved shaft weed trimmer attachment, or 2) a new head to replace one that isn’t functioning properly. Frustrating to say the least.

Hardly used and it has failed

Ran it four times, this fifth time it ran for about 15 minutes and now no power gets to the head and I can't find any info on how to fix it.

Reliability

Had this weed wackier for about 6 months now and it won’t run without it being in choke #2 and it dies anytime you let off the throttle. Only run fuel that recommended for it
