Can`t beat the price

The angle grinder is well worth the money considering the price of the other brands. I own several craftsman tools and they all are good quality.

Cuts beautifully. Handle can go on either side and the top. However it is heavy.

Tough little big grinder.

Well, this is 7.5-amp grinder with plenty of power. The gearing is tough and take some heavy grinding for long periods of time. A good and strong grinder. Can handle long runs of grinding with plenty of power. The three different handle locations and definite plus. Took a little bit of learning the machine, but not long. Very nice.

Better Than The Price Might Suggest

I needed an angle grinder to strip and refinish a good number of ornamental shapes that had been flame cut from thin sheet steel some time ago. The pieces were rough, rusted, and some had been painted previously. This was a one-time job, so cost was a factor. When I opened the box my first impression was that this grinder seemed more like a more expensive tool than it was. Works great, plenty of power, even came with a disc which I did not expect

Did the job

It did a great job. I like it having a trigger. Cut right through without bogging. I bought two so I could I have for cutting and another with my wire wheel.

I hate this grinder!

I will be testing out the "90 satisfaction guarantee" warranty. I absolutely hate the trigger safety on this grinder. Its not horrible when standing and facing your work, but get under a vehicle or in a awkward position, or try working one handed. Arbor bearings already have some vibration after 1 weld job on a snow plow mount. Junk IMO. Not impressed Craftsman....

Solid grinder

This is a solid and reliable product. It is easy to modulate the speed with the trigger, locks on easily when needed, and just always works.

Electric grinder

Very solid product. Electric cord grinder cuts great and never runs out of power. Very sturdy

This a good over all tool for many uses around the house and shop! I easy to handle , switch easy!

Great grinder for the price! I have used grind rust off of gate hardware with a sanding disk. Worked great. Plenty of power.
