Works well. Relatively fast and was more than enough for my use. I used a 4 ah battery and I was able to cut down logs all weekend long during a small camping trip at the ranch. No need to bring a gas chainsaw anymore.

Battery power chain saw

Chain saw love that i dont have to mix any gas does a great job for the little type of pruning of trees,bushes and other types of jobs.

Good working Chainsaw

Pros- No fuel mixing, storage, fuel lines & pulling starter rope. Strong enough to cut trees and limbs of small to medium size. Cons- Battery operated. emptying chain oil after every use before putting it up.

20 volt battery makes this tool convenient

It's perfect for cutting up fallen limbs for firewood and it's lightweight. The 20V battery works with all my other craftsman tools.

Good value for the money

I like the portability and the lack of need for the gas/oil mix. Its light weight and easily maneuverable. It cuts surprisingly well. Chain tightens with a dial but can be a little difficult to turn.

Great Little Chainsaw

So far, this has been a great little chainsaw. Easy to maneuver and the extended battery that it came with lasts long enough to get the job done.

Good quality useful chainsaw!

I was reluctant to buy a cordless chainsaw having used gas powered saws for over 40 years to feed a wood stove. These days I'm generally using a chainsaw for smaller jobs like pruning and cutting up limbs that come down on the property so I thought that a cordless saw would be more convenient than mixing gas and oil, changing air filters and maintaining a two stroke gas engine.
