Awesome little chainsaw
Would RecommendSo we needed a chainsaw to hack through a ton of overgrowth in our backyard. But I didn't want to have to deal with gas or struggling to start one. This fit the bill perfectly. The battery is interchangeable with all Craftsman 20v tools, so an extra bonus there. While this won't cut through huge trees, it's it perfect for the smaller jobs, or homeowner who doesn't need to use a chainsaw that often.

Perfect Chainsaw for small jobs
Would RecommendThis is the perfect chainsaw. I needed to cut down two small trees in my backyard. This chainsaw was up to the tasks and then some. It oils the bar and chain but it doesn’t over do it. And it was very easy to clean, all you need is an old toothbrush and done.

Would RecommendWorks reasonably well for cutting limbs. Light and saws well. Not so good for cutting the trunk of a tree. Mostly due to the slower chain speed is insufficent.

Would RecommendIt was ready for use right out of the box. I did have to add chain lube. It’s truly a great saw for small branches. The chain adjusts just as quoted. I love it!

Weak, and slow
Would Not RecommendBought today and tried on some 4 inch limbs. I could do it nearly as fast with my old bow saw, and I’m not young. Not enough teeth on the chain, spaced too far apart. Returning it tomorrow. Will spend the money and get a Makita or other similar.
