Stripped gear after 3 branches

Pruned tree and after 3 branch the saw made a grinding sound and chain stopped moving though motor was active.

this is my 2nd one I bought both saws strip gear that drives chain not happy with product spent lot money seems no body cares

The tool is lightweight and easy to operate.

The tool was able to cut branches with ease.

It’s very discouraging and inconvenient. Otherwise very handy, lightweight, battery lasts a significant amount of time. Easy to use other than problem with chain.
