Defective out of the box & counldn't return
Would Not RecommendI purchased this for a relative for Christmas. It didn't work out of the box. I tried exchanging it and there was a 3 say return/exchange policy. I bought the 3 year warranty and when I try to make a claim online and it said the plan doesn't exist. And of course you can't talk to a human on the weekends. Very frustrating!
