COWSAR 1.8-cu ft Garage Ready Chest Freezer ( White )

Perfect size

Perfect size for what I need. I cook and freeze a lot of food, especially at this time of year. My main freezer always fills up, so this is perfect.

It's small but a item

I love my new little freezer. Just the size I needed, efficiency is great.

Didn’t even make it 6 months

This item just wasn’t worth the money I used it only for breastmilk and I opened it and it was thawed and I’m heartbroken I had no clue because the little light was lit green so never thought there was an issue . No manufactures warranty

AVOID

This freezer comes with a protective film on all the sheet metal and then tells you to remove it! GOOD LUCK!!! It will take you about 20-30 minutes to remove (sort of) however, the film was obviously on it before assembly, so the film is under everything…..hinges, seal, trim, joints, and even the safety stickers!! There are now pieces of plastic film all over the freezer and it looks horrible! Don’t buy unless you are hiding it and don’t care what it looks like. I would return in a heartbeat, bu...

Ok

Just what we needed

Started beeping

Just a couple weeks in it started beeping. Stayed cold but never an answer at customer service. Manual was poor and did not list even a reason for beeping or remedy. Returned.

If the freezer didn't work so well, I'd return it.

When I lowered the temp, the green light went off and didn't come back on. No where in the instruction guide did it tell you why, what to do if anything, whether it was even something to worry about. I then pulled up the website. This freezer's picture was no where. I then noticed that the serial # on the paperwork from Lowes was different than the one on the instruction book. I finally found their phone #, tried calling a few times. It would ring about 4-5 times, tell me no one was availab...

Wonderful little freezer

This freezer is perfect . It fits in my little cubby space and matches my kitchen. .When empty it's about 30 lbs and it's deep enough to store enough for 1 or 2 people. Thank you Lowe's. Delivery was on time.

A perfect small chest freezer

We love our small 1.8-cubic-foot chest freezer. We've needed one for years, and the price was just right for this one (a post-holiday sale!). It fits happily under the stairs in our basement, with plenty of room to lift up the top, and having it means we don't have to trek out to garage fridge/freezer in the winter! It'll be terrific for additional ice in summer too. We also purchase frozen dog food on a regular basis, and what a perfect storage place this is, rather than the kitchen freezer dra...

Defective out of the box & counldn't return

I purchased this for a relative for Christmas. It didn't work out of the box. I tried exchanging it and there was a 3 say return/exchange policy. I bought the 3 year warranty and when I try to make a claim online and it said the plan doesn't exist. And of course you can't talk to a human on the weekends. Very frustrating!
