Ratings & Reviews for Command Satin Nickel Stainless Steel Adhesive Bathtub Caddy 12.76-in x 4.22-in x 4.02-in

Good idea

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this caddy to clear some of the items off the bathroom sink. It holds up in steamy conditions, looks good and hold many items. Considering purchasing another one to hold shaving items for my husband.

Not great for what I wanted it for

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this product for it's rust free properties, and for what it was intended for I'm sure it's great. I'm trying to find a quality rust free toothbrush holder for 4 that is a Command product because I love them in general. I know they have a toothbrush holder but it's basically just a cup. I don't want to have 4 cups hanging up. I tried this caddy thinking I could use the bottom of it to hang the toothbrushes, but its awkward. Please make so...

Third One I have used. Never a problem before now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product is wonderful. I have had two before, one in a rental property, and one in a home that I owned. They have always worked flawlessly until now. I followed all the instructions, including using the supplied cleaning pad. I was careful not to install over a grout line. I installed, took a shower, then waited 24 hours before use, as instructed. On the third day it just let go during a shower. I had the exact same products in it that I had...

Does not stay on the wall

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought two of these because I have the soap dish and it stays on the wall great. Every time I try to put these on my shower wall they fall after one shower. I have tried 4 times already. I was really excited about trying these because I didn't want a tension rod shower caddy.

Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the soap holder in my kitchen, and I love it, so I thought I'd try this in my shower. I bought 2, and I was so excited. I followed the instructions to the letter, but to my dismay, they fell down after the first shower. I thought, "maybe I messed it up somehow," so I bought new bathroom water-proof strips and re-read the instructions and, following them carefully, tried again. They both fell after one shower again. I opted to put th...

Love this!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm glad I purchased this product. It is extremely sturdy and helps keep clutter out of the shower. I use it for our body washes and face cleansers the only bottles left in shower are shampoo and conditioner which are salon size. No more knocking everything over.

Does not stay on the wall

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased 2 of these caddies, one for me & one for my husband. We followed the directions but to our dismay, the caddy came crashing down several hours after installing them. Now, I have other items in my home that I use these command hooks for. I am disappointed that these pricy shelves don’t hold up like the other products.

Missing part

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The clear plastic mounting bracket that attaches to the back of the shelf was missing when opening the package. Would like to know how I can get a replacement without having to exchange the entire shelf. I already have one self installed in my shower and absolutely love it, was looking forward to installing the second shelf.

Disappointed :(

I bought this product recently. I have the satin nickel soap holder and have been very pleased with it, so I thought I'd give this a try to hold a few of my son's bath toys. I followed the directions to the letter and the shelf fell before I even put anything in it. I purchased more of the command strips that are intended for use with the product and still no luck. The shelf fell again within 12 hours of hanging. I was really bummed that the product didn't work and that I wasted my money...

Came crashing down

Bought this two days ago, followed all the instructions: install on smooth tile, not over grout lines, clean with the provided wipe first, press 10 seconds, remove caddy, press another 30 and leave the caddy off for 24 hours. The next day, I was so excited to get to finally use it. The caddy attached the wall with a satisfying *click*, and I put a bar of soap and bottle of face wash on the shelf. Then I was awoken just now - at 2 am - by the sound of the shelf and it’s minimal (definitely n...

Didn’t hold up

I was super excited to hang this but my caddy and my hopes soon came crashing down. I followed all the instructions for the adhesive and placement, and I only placed 2 medium sized bottles and a razor inside. The caddy didn’t even last a week. Very disappointed. The water-resistant adhesive came right off the wall. I will say that it looked great (that’s why I gave it 2 stars), but it didn’t work like it should. :(

Disappointed

I bought two of these nickel caddies and a soap dish for my shower. The shower has smooth stone, and I made sure the strips were not touching the grout. I bought the products seeing how great the reviews were, and I folllowed all of the instructions. When it was time to put up the product, it looked beautiful, organized, and neat. However, when I woke up the next morning, every single product item I had purchased had fallen. The weight limits were not exceeded (I had only put one thing in each)....

Perfect!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just received this caddy. I needed something to hold my hair products in my closet. Works great!

Great caddy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wanted something to hold our shower gel and multiple shampoos off the shower bench. These did the trick!

Works great & looks great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a couple years ago to replace a couple suction cup style ones that I could not get to stay up, and they were also 'rust resistant', yet they were starting to rust. Once this arrived, I followed the instructions to hang it up and it is truly the strangest thing I've found and it is truly holding its promise of being rust free! It goes great with the rest of the collection, however, it is somewhat difficult to find this style in sto...

Held Up For Quite a While

I've been using two of these caddies in my shower for over a year. I must replace one of them because the plastic clip attached to the caddy broke - the command strips held up very well. The broken strip is my fault - too much weight (3 xtra large bottles of bath products in one caddy with dispersement pumps). These work far better than suction cup mounts as long as you have smooth non-porous tile or polished stone walls.

Good for an Awkward Shower!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this as a sample...This was a great Caddy to have for the awkward shower, as the shower in my house it tilted at an angle and cannot have a traditional shower caddy. This Bath Satin Nickel Caddy is great. It fits onto the wall out of the way great! After months of being on the wall in the shower, it's still holding up. Unlike other items with suction cups.

Easy to set up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I placed this in my huge soaking tub to place some items in it and it was in the way for me. I should of tried to hang it higher. It was very easy to set up and I think it would work much better in a shower on the wall.

Extremely handy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This caddy was sent to me free to use and evaluate by 3M and I love it! I attached it to the back of a closet door to store the small bags of dog treats. Makes it so easy to see what I have and to select one bag and not have the rest fall all over the place!
