Perfect for my needs

Using in the new travel trailer. Holds all my shower products and they won't fall out while moving the trailer. Looks great and installation was simple.

Makes shower products easy to reach

I needed something to hold various body/face wash products as well as a product that would enable me to hang tools such as hair combs and back scrubbers. This is perfect. It was very easy to install adheres securely to the shower wall which is something that was important to me.

Very Disappointed, Fell Right Away

I was excited to try this product as I have the soap holder and it stays up well on my shower. However, this caddy fell right away and there was less than 3 lbs of items that were in it. Very disappointed

If it's not a hook, it's a gamble

Maybe I just got a defective one, but after installing the caddy and waiting, I put one bottle of shampoo in and it fell. One of the plastic pieces will not connect to the broader caddy, and I tested both sides of the caddy on both plastic attachments. One worked, clicked into place on both sides of the caddy. One did not. I'm not going out to buy an entirely new one just to replace one defective piece The adhesive is great, and it works, but the rest of the product has room for improvement.

Adhesive worked for all of 3 minutes

I put the caddy up, left the hooking mechanism on, ran the shower, and left my condo. I came back the day after and decided to take a shower. I put a shampoo bottle on the caddy, along with a soap bar. All good until 3 minutes in... I nearly jumped it shock because the whole thing just crashed own. I felt the adhesives, and there was no stickiness left.... There are other reviews here expressing issue with the strips, so I'm hesitant to spend any more money on 'water-resistant' strips.

Does not adhere to tile

I had this caddy in an old shower and loved it, so bought it again when I moved to a new place. I followed all the instructions and hung up the shelf and then waited 24 hours to let it adhere completely. I put shampoo, conditioner, and face wash on the caddy the next day and that night it crashed to the ground. The items on the caddy weighed maybe 3 lbs all together. I am very disappointed in 3M with how their strips do not adhere to the tile in my shower as I previously loved this product.

Adhesive will not stick

I bought this product a couple days ago, but I could not get the adhesive to stick to my ceramic tile wall at all. Even though I followed all of the directions carefully, I could not get the shelf to hold its own weight for more than 10 seconds. I thought I might have received an old batch of adhesive strips, but it seems like many other people have had this same problem too, and they could not get it to work with new strips either. Overall, I am very disappointed in the quality of the adhesive....

Something changed…

I have used these for about 10 years in 3 different houses. I have one in my bathroom right now that has been on the wall for 5 years now and still going strong. I bought 2 more recently and they will not stay up for anything. The adhesive just doesn’t stick at all. I bought more strips in case I got bad ones and still nothing. I got one to stay for about 48 hours before crashing into the bathtub. The other wouldn’t even hold the caddy after waiting 72 hours to attach it. This used to be a great...

Not Working ....

I bought this for extra space in the shower. My walls are porcelin tile and this product will not stick to it. I followed all instructions, waited the 24 hours, and it seemed to have adhered just fine. Within another 24 hours the whole kit and kaboodle fell down in the middle of the night and definitely got my attention. I've been through this process twice with this product and it just will not work. Very, very disappointing.

Disappointing

I’ve used standard command strips in my shower for the past two years in two different apartments. The other day, I did what I’ve always done and the hook fell in a matter of hours. Great product and great customer service

This is a nice product and looks good in my bathroom. I had some problems installing it and the strips pulled off when I followed the directions. I contacted 3M/Command and they sent me 2 packages (you only need one package to install) of strips and I was able to install it. I would recommend removing the mounting thingies a few times before you install because they are jammed on the back of the decorative holders pretty snugly. Sturdy and Reliable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've installed this organizer more than 1 year ago. It is proven to be more sturdy and secure than organizers that use suction cups. Holds enough product and has not budged since.

Command strips won't stick

This is the 2nd shower caddy I've bought from Command, first one worked well bus was plastic and I ended up breaking the mount from taking it on and off all the time to wash. Followed instructions on this to hang, waited the 24hrs and one side came off the wall completely the first day it held anything. Strips didn't seem the same quality as the first one either. Not sure I want to bother getting new ones.
