Would RecommendGot to test this out on a cold rainy night of camping. Nice bright light, and easier to deal with than gas or propane. The rechargeable battery takes forever to charge, so just be aware. I was looking for something smaller for bike packing, but I didn’t really read too much about it before I bought it. It will really be handy for power outages. Overall, I’m glad I bought it and I’ll use it a lot, I’m sure.

Would RecommendReceived a lantern labeled EAL25 as part of a bundle deal I purchased with the ZX1010 rechargeable battery. The lantern is the same as a EAL22 and the ZX1010 is the upgraded newest battery with 4 lights showing the charge progression. Like the low, medium, high white light and red or red emergency blinking choices for situational versatility. Power is either from 3 D cells or the rechargeable Zx1010. Brighter and longer running with Coast rechargeable, and much cheaper to use than alkaline. Sugg...

Would RecommendWe now have owned or passed on or mysteriously "lost" 7 of these lanterns and never mind having to purchase more for friends or family. We do try to keep the batteries out of them when storing. We also had to learn to pop off the bottom to insert the batteries instead of attmepting to screw on and unscrew the bottom.
