Perfection

I bought this a while ago and it is quite handy. With all the different ways to hang and use it, it's exactly the lantern I was looking for. Plenty of brightness even on the lowest setting, perfect for power outages or the occasional hurricane. I combine this with a magnetic hook for working in the engine bay of cars. For the price, hard to beat.

Misleading

When I bought this it was advertised as light and battery pack. Web site was misleading and only received light. If you’re going to run a promotion you shouldn’t use tricks not to honor promotion

Lantern review

I use these eal 22 on a daily basis did i mention how great they are. They provide much light to get the job done and if its not quite bright enough then take off the lens cover and you have a lantern on a whole new level. Used in dark rooms, around the ranch, birthing animals is great with much needed light in some adverse conditions. During monsoons when we lose power. Emergency Lighting

We have a couple of these for when the power goes out, in the winter mostly. We appreciate they are the brightest and longest lasting, that is, using the rechargeable battery, that we have found.

Love mine!

This came in clutch last night while doing drone thermal roof inspections in a pitch dark area. It allowed me to find all my gear and work hands free from holding a flashlight. I think I need to upgrade my rechargeable batteries however because my unit was flickering with non Coast branded rechargeable D batteries. But I am in love!

No good for me

Well I put the batteries in correctly and I can get the power light turn green but no lantern light . A shame because it seemed like it would be a good light .

The best lantern with rechargeable battery

They are very durable and handy. We use them for camping, working in the dark crawl space under the house, and the kids love it for reading books before bed time.
