What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this griddle for exceptional versatility, durability, and ease of use. The three-burner design with multiple cooking zones enables simultaneous preparation of breakfast, lunch, and dinner items—from eggs and pancakes to burgers and vegetables—with excellent temperature control. Most report owning theirs for years with no wear, and many highlight that proper seasoning with flaxseed or canola oil creates a non-stick surface requiring minimal scrubbing. Assembly takes under 40 minutes, and the front grease drain system makes cleanup effortless. A few encountered minor rust spots or uneven heating, but these were rare and quickly resolved. Overall, reviewers consider it a game-changing investment for home cooking.

Sturdy small griddle.
Would RecommendHaven't been able to use yet (winter) but like the size. Seems to be sturdy, but we cannot open lid all the way, only far enough to get manual out. We had Lowes put it together so we need to see what was not put together right.

Char Griller 28" griddle.
Good griddle. Direction for assembly are a little vague but workable. Griddle was well packed. Easy to season and cooks well. Customer service from Char Griller is terrible. Don't even waste your time. They never return emails.
