A must have for your back yard cooks

This flat iron is a easy assembly. Right out of the box and after assembly I seasoned the flat iron with canola oil. I only applied 4 coats until the flatiron turned black. My first cook was breakfast bacon eggs and sautéed onions. Everything I cooked was super quick and easy to manage. The flat iron with the hood top is probably one of my favorite features. Great grill

I love this thing. Leveled it out, seasoned it and have been cooking more on it than the range. Even burning and does a fantastic job.

Very Satisfied!!

The griddle was working great, until the 4th usage. Then the regulator took a dump, and would not allow flame higher than low. Contacted customer support, they were johnny on the spot. Received new regulator, im back up and running. Im as much a fan of their customer support, as I am their Product. Would buy again if i had to.

I have used the product for breakfast to dinner and the performance has been great. The griddle itself seasoned very nice and the temp control seems to be very good. The only nit pick I have is the tool hooks. They will not work with the spatulas in the starter kit. Your tool holders should work with your own branded tools at a minimum. I will probably add loops to the spatula handles or buy the magnet tool holders.

Excellent griddle temp control

I purchased this griddle to replace my my first griddle which was manufactured my another company. The griddle was shipped to my house within two day of my purchase. Set up was very easy and only took 20 minutes. The griddle and frame are built very well with all parts fitting perfectly. This product is amazing , it's utilized in every way from breakfast, lunch, and dinner it's a must have in every household! Easy start up to easy clean up.

Perfect for us!!!

We love this, such a difference from our regular grille! We find ourselves using it for breakfast and dinners!!!!! Easy to clean!!!! Buy the protective cover for it also!!! Only negative was the lid was bent upon delivery. A quick message to the manufacturer, and a new lid was promised!!!

Exactly what we were looking for

Perfect size for our crew. Heats well, very sturdy, love the fact it has three burners and includes the “must have” lid. The lid could be a little sturdier but works well as is. It does fold up but in a practical sense not very portable. Would require two people to load on a truck.

Great purchase

Very solid product. Good price. Love the size, perfect for s family of 3. Putting the bottom shelf in was a challenge! Made fried rice night 1, breakfast next morning and burgers that night. Love it

Being a personal chef, I am always looking for new ways to wow the crowd. Having this griddle has opened up a whole new world for me. I absolutely love the versatility in this griddle. The 3 heating elements and a built in cover to maximize heat control is by far my favorite features. This is a must have griddle!!

Portable, easy set up (5-8 min), love the front grease drain

I couldn't be happier with this griddle. Set up is super easy which is fantastic because it shouldn't take hours to put one together. I also love that the grease drain is in front and not the back. I received this griddle as a product tester. I was already looking at buying a griddle so I readily agreed to give this one a thorough testing. I can honestly say that this thing is flat-out great. Assembly was actually very simple. I had a struggle getting the main body out of the box as I didn't realize just how big it was and I had the box sitting on a wheeled cart that would not sit still. Loving my new flat iron griddle

Im loving my new griddle and have been making everything from breakfast to dinner. This is the one piece that has been missing in my grilling arsenal and char griller did not disappoint. For the quality you get for the price it can't be beat. I also love the hinged cover. I have friends with other brands and you are always trying to find a place to put the cover.
