Love this grill!

This is perfect for my husband and I plus if we have company there is still plenty of room for cooking more food. We usually only need to use 1-2 burners or you can use additional burner on low heat to keep food warm while cooking other food. Nice fold down side tray if needed plus tray underneath for storing utensils, etc. We recommend buying 5 piece cooking set and cover. Make sure to follow instructions for assembly. Well worth the price

Very high quality at a very good price.

Seemed to be packaged well, but lid was damaged.

Somewhat difficult to assemble. I guess it may actually be a good thing, but there was very little tolerance between the parts and some brute force was needed to get the pieces properly positioned.

Missing parts

It's very difficult to give an accurate review of the griddle, when It was delivered to me missing a very integral part, making it unusable. After trying for more than 2 weeks to get the missing part, I am returning the product for a full refund!

Short order cook

Lowe’s is understaffed. I had to help the guy get the grill in my car. He was helpful, though, and apologized for the lack of staff. The grill looks good, it’s sturdy, nice finish on it. I can’t wait to have my friends over for a cookout.

Extreme value for the cosr

Product works great. Bought when it was on sale for half off. Had lowes put it together for me. This is a great product.

If I had it to do over, I’d buy something else.

This is my first griddle. Bought this model because of price and because it had 3 burners and a folding side shelf. My unit was damaged during shipment. Lid and one wind shield bent; fixed the shield but the lid wobbles when opening and closing. Wrote to customer service twice with pictures to show the damage. No response, so I’ll have to set aside some time to call customer service. Should’ve bought it assembled at the store so I could make sure it was okay. Griddle info says it comes seas...
