Would RecommendI purchased this online-arrived early and everything was there. It was easy to assemble, just take your time. I took some 120 grit sandpaper and smoothed out the griddle surface before I cleaned it. I let it burn in for 15 minutes before I started the seasoning process. Would RecommendThis grill cooks food that is so tasty. Great to have during storm season if we loose powers. Also great for cooking breakfast, lunch and dinner for large family gatherings.
