My fix

Just what I needed when changing foot pegs to mini floor boards on my Harley Sportster.....

Useless on half of mine.

worked fairly for some small outside clips. But on any reasonably strong inside clips the ends just bend. First time was on a large 1.5 inch seal clip . A 10 second job took 40 minutes. I put it down to being a strong clip. I just tried it on a new 1/2 inch ring for a small engine piston pin and the tool end just bends before getting the ring closed enough to insert. The only thing that snapped was me.

Outstanding Tool !!

These pliers are Great ! Really Work ! I had been fighting a snap ring that is 2 " in diameter and 1/8 " in thickness . Broke one set of pliers and bent the heads on another set . Went to Lowe's and bought these popped the ring right out . Heavy duty pliers I will be using these for a long time !Going to be the only snap ring pliers in my tool bag from now on . I highly Recommend the Channellock Snap Ring pliers . And they are made in The U.S.A. !!

These pliers are great. You can reverse them for when working with snap rings. Great quality.

Havent had a chance to use them yet but the ability to switch between expanding and contracting with the flip of a switch is very handy.

Well worth the money

Bought a cheaper brand 1 hour before. They failed immediately. Took the trip to Lowe’s and these pliers didn’t disappoint. They worked flawlessly the first time and are built with quality and give me the confidence they’ll work time and time again.

Bought this as a replacement of a worn out pair to rebuild the front brake master cylinder on my 4 wheeler. Exactly what I needed. Hopefully these will last longer than the previous pair.

Don’t buy the cheap ones!

Purchased a cheaper set earlier which worked fine until I ran into a snap ring that had holes that were too small for any of the attachments. The channellock pair came with multiple size tips that worked perfect. The internal to external switch is also an added bonus. I would of saved $15 if I wasn’t being cheap the first time.

Love that it works in compression and tension in one tool! Replaces about 6 other snap ring pliers in the toolbox.

Finally installed!

You get what you pay for can't be more true in the case of the CHANNELLOCK Snap Ring Pliers. With a simple movement of the reversing arm you can open or close snap rings.
