Brittle clamping tab, nice size
the cable clamping tab snapped off immediately, so I did not have a chance to use it. It was brittle. Could be a bad batch. Otherwise it's a nice size box. I will try my luck again with it

Missing parts and poorly made
Went to put this in and both screws were missing. Took them off a 4 gang that was missing 2. Put it in the wall, started to screw it and one of the ears on the box snapped, then the other screw stripped. Can’t win.

Locking clamps are junk
Would Not RecommendI needed a deep two gang old work box. When trying to tighten the locking screws, they would misalign and not turn or tighten. Had to throw away and use a smaller less deep box which was more difficult to use due to the fill issues. If you need a 2g deep box use another brand because these are junk.

The box is great. The holes for wires secure the wires well but are hard to open. Extra deep makes it easier to install switches

Too much resistance
Would RecommendThreads on the tightening wings are too tight. Setting the box in the opening and tightening the wings should be running on autopilot. This one requires a lot of attention, getting the wings positioned "just right". Too much initial resistance, I should be able to easily feel the resistance coming on as the wings grip the sheetrock, but not here.

Would RecommendThese are a little better than the cheap ones. If you want something real sturdy go with the fiberglass ones, they cost a little more but will hold their shape better.
