I told customer service it took over 9 hours and they said I was lucky it got picked picked because of lack of staff. THIS IS NOT AND SHOULD NEVER BE THE CUSTOMERS PROBLEM!!!! This store needs better management!

It was exactly what i needed to replace a busted one on my back porch. However the flap screws are really tight going into the flap. had to buy two to get one to work. Squirt a little WD-40 or whatever in the top of the screw to help lubricate the flap for easier installation. They do seem to be very brittle, I have to replace at least one a year in this Texas heat and wind, time will tell if these black ones are as good as the old blue ones that are no longer carried by Lowes.
