Terrible customer service
Would RecommendHad 1 item in the order and it took over 9 hours for someone to pick it for me to pick up. The customer service at this location is the worst!!! I told customer service it took over 9 hours and they said I was lucky it got picked picked because of lack of staff. THIS IS NOT AND SHOULD NEVER BE THE CUSTOMERS PROBLEM!!!! This store needs better management!

It was exactly what i needed to replace a busted one on my back porch. However the flap screws are really tight going into the flap. had to buy two to get one to work. Squirt a little WD-40 or whatever in the top of the screw to help lubricate the flap for easier installation. They do seem to be very brittle, I have to replace at least one a year in this Texas heat and wind, time will tell if these black ones are as good as the old blue ones that are no longer carried by Lowes.
Get while you can b/c they are going to sell out

Tabs are a little finnicky sometimes.

Good quality box
Would RecommendSturdy and good size box, ideal for installations where several wires are housed in one box. The only drawback is the length of the screws on the little flaps. Works great on drywall, the grip is a little tight when used in siding, the screws barely grab the back of the wood board.
