This are a pain to install and have good support
Would Not RecommendThe problem that I have found with almost all of all the round old work boxes is that the just being hard to just taking a hole saw or a drywall hole cutter and cutting a hole and then having to make adjustments to make it fit. By the time you have the do all work to make it fit into the hole that you just drilled there is maybe a 1/8" of flange touching the interior drywall. There needs to be a larger flange on the box so it just suck into the hole that was cut. Been dealing with this for year...

Easy install but wings stick out
Would RecommendPretty easy install. I have a 4-1/8" hole saw that I picked up somewhere and it was just the right size for this. I used it to install a small light fixture in a bathroom. My one issue is that the wings that pop out extend past the outside flange when folded back. Cantex could have easily fixed this by not having the plastic that holds the screw and wing go all the way down. This would let the wing fold flatter against the body. As is, you have to give it a little flex to get into the hole. Over...
