Ratings & Reviews for Cafe Counter-Depth 22.2-cu ft 3 -Door 36-in Wide French Door Refrigerator with Ice Maker ( Matte White with Brushed Bronze Handles ) ENERGY STAR Certified

Beautiful

Ice maker gets jammed all the time. Hot water dispenser takes a long time to heat up. The refrigerator itself is beautiful, lots of room. I love the double freezer door.

Great features but freezer drawer has issues

I love everything about it except the freezer drawer. It doesn’t close correctly and I have to shut it several times to get it closed securely.

Feature rich w/ ample storage space

Great product - has ample space to cater to all needs. Wish the outside look wasnt as traditional but will still take a (good looking+ feature rich) over (great looking + short on features) regrigrator.

Nice look great features

So far so good! Very nice looking exterior and love the interior configuration. The hot water feature is great too.

Great features.

Just received this fridge. Love it lots of shelves and freezer space. Plus beautiful to look at.

Amazing Refrigerator

Beautiful Refrigerator with inside water dispenser and ice dispenser is quiet and very effiecent

Quality and beauty

High quality, beautiful finish. The only thing I would change is ordering the style with second separate drawer. Any time I want to use the meat drawer I have to open both doors. Otherwise I absolutely love this choice.

Best appliances we have owned!

Not only are these appliances aesthetic, they also have great features and are so easy to use!

Disappointing

This is not a good product. We have had constant problems and the interior fittings are all made of cheap plastic. Now the ice maker on/off option has mysteriously disappeared from the settings options and no one can assist me in providing a software update to fix the problem without, of course, paying for an in-home repair visit.

was good until compressor died. BEWARE.

came with new home construction purchase in 2022. compressor failed in 2024 - out of 1 year warranty but the compressor is still within 5 year warranty. tech came out and ordered the part (compressor). the part arrived. new tech came out and said the part that the first tech ordered was wrong. so new tech ordered the correct part. new tech came back after correct part arrived and installed the part. the part didnt work. so new tech ordered the part again. second new part arrived and tech came ...

Beautiful look

Beautiful look and features. I had the same model in SS for 11 years and changed all my appliances over to matte black with brushed gold handles.

Love it

5 years in use, works exactly like I should and not a Single problem

Fridge of Dreams

So many people come in and are amazed by this great and handy fridge. It is well designed, love the fresh water and ice all the time. I can take everything out and clean it easily if necessary. It has a bigger freezer than expected. Only wish the ice cube storage capacity was larger.

Beautiful! Great Features!

Beautiful Refrigerator with great features! Very organized space! Only negative, why are the sides black on a white refrigerator?

Amazing features.

Thrilled with my new Cafe refrigerator/ freezer. Beautiful black granite exterior. Spacious interior. Hot water dispenser, quite motor.

Refrigerator

So far so good. Seems to be working very well. The bottom freezer is nice too.

Love our new Cafe Appliances!

We are new to the Cafe product line but are extremely pleased with the look, quality and operation.

Awesome Fridge

Could not be happier with this fridge. Great space and layout. love the features. Don't actually use the hot water dispenser a lot, but it really nice when you do use it. We recently moved to a new house. So, this is our second cafe fridge and we would buy a third! We plan to finish out the rest of the kitchen with cafe appliances.
