2 weeks after installation, doesn’t work.

Was working well for 2 weeks. This stopped making ice and stopped cooling at all. Very disappointing for such an expensive product. There’s no excuse! Now we wait for someone to try to fix it for 5 days while we have to deal w the perishable and frozen food. Not very happy.

So hopeful, but...

Our first Cafe fridge died in less than two months. Once we complained up and down the chain, we arranged a replacement, but not before we list $$$hundreds in food and had to wait weeks. The ice maker was bad, then the fridge was bad, and finally the freezer was warmer than ambient air. So many features

I am excited about all the features included. K_cup dispenser or choose hot water at the temperature I want. Inside is beautiful with options to place shelves at different heights.

We liked the Kuerig function when it WORKED!

Our hot water / Kuerig pod function has been broken for the past 6 months and numerous service calls have not been able to resolve the issue! I like the fridge but the hassle trying to get it repaired or replaced has been terrible.

Great

So far so good. I love the size of it. It has so much room. I would say the only downside is the icemaker is so loud when dispensing. Other than that it is a great refrigerator. I love the keurig option.

Good but not Great

I thought I was going to get the best of the best but did not. I’m not impressed and thought that I would since I have not had a new refrigerator in 16 years. The ice maker is small and takes forever. The keurig upgrade only has three options for ounces of water for coffee. The choices are 6, 8, and 10. I want a 12 oz otherwise I won’t use it. Since I connected the refrigerator to WiFi I thought it would learn my habits and make more ice or allow me to adjust the settings for the keurig coffee a...

Keurig is scam, ice cubes always clog

The Keurig coffee takes FOREVER for just one cup. Seriously, it is NOT a feature. The ice cube maker is always clogged, and not easy to get to. The filters can ONLY be their brand - you can't shop or get better options, only theirs.

Looks good

Looks good but one of the inside lights not secured properly. I wish it came with no defects. Quality control should have seen it.

Nice fridge

Would have given 5 stars but the ge filters have limited flow well before their expiration . Something for GE to work on.

So happy we upgraded!

While planning the renovation of our new home, choosing the kitchen appliances warranted a lot of time and research. We are very happy with our Café fridge!

Great ideas…poorly executed

Keurig doesn’t work. Bottom drawer in fridge doesn’t come out. Ice maker makes hardly any ice. This is a high priced fridge that doesn’t deliver on its promises.

Love the look, size and features

This was a replacement for our older LG french door refrigerator and we are very happy with the higher build quality and features. The hot water is a nice plus.

Icemaker would not work

We were very disappointed that our frig was not fully functional. The lower freezer drawer needed to be adjusted because there was frost along the edges.

Love this fridge!

Purchased this refrigerator because of the keurig features. It saves so much counter space. I gave away my countertop keurig. I am very pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend this appliance.

Love the features this fridge has.

The only thing I would change is having the ice drop into the freezer bin. Having to empty the little bucket all the time is a little annoying. I know we can get it from the door, but I like to have ice on hand for company and parties.

Super roomy.

Love this refrigerator! Sleek, clean design and super roomy inside. The divided drawers in the freezer compartment make organizing easy. Love the hot water dispenser with a Keurig insert for a perfect cup of coffee.
