Over all good product, some shelf space on doors is questionable, but overall it has adjustments, we didn’t want an ice maker as we had a commercial unit installed

Disappointed

The refrigerator arrived with a dent in the door, the coffee maker didn’t work, the coffee maker always drops coffee when removing the keurig pod, the ice maker is slow, the ice maker is small, the freezer frosted up, the refrigerator is slow to cool down after opening the door.

Kind of Featureless

I've had this fridge for about a month, and I've had GE fridges before, so I was kind of expecting a little more richness to the features. This fridge almost appears to be GE's first attempt at a refrigerator. Here are my thoughts: 1) There's no actual temperature of the fridge & freezer. You can set the temperature set points, but there's no indication of the actual temperatures in those areas. Superb Design

The Cafe model we brought has more Interior space and richer functions than any refrigerator we had before.

Buyer Beware faulty touchscreen.

The touchscreen to stop working after only having this very expensive refrigerator for 3 years. It was not abused and hardly used. I was so excited to have a fridge that made coffee. NOT only did the touch screen go out. It constantly dings to no end nonstop day and night! The part to fix it is expensive not to mention whatever the servicemen charge. This is by far my favorite fridge that I have had by far! It is nice, spacious, and sleek. This is definitely worth the investment. The Keurig feature is just the icing on the cake!

Not as good as it seems

There is always condensation on everything when opening the fridge. Food is always wet and containers are dripping with water.

Piece of junk

Bought this fridge. Broke within a year. Took GE 6 months to replace it. Replacement broke within 24 hrs. I was looking for cameras like I was on TV. I wish. No prank. Just junk.

Compressor went out after seven years

Compressor went out after seven years. We love this refrigerator and the features. We were very disappointed that after seven years the compressor went out. It’s more expensive to replace the compressor than to buy a new refrigerator.

Beautiful Appliance

We replaced all of our kitchen appliances this past summer and selected Cafe for a handful of reasons. Added the gold handled and all the extras. Our microwave and oven have worked fine, but the dishwasher and refrigerator have already been replaced due to a few defects. The most disappointing experience was with our dealer in Chicago, Grand Appliance. GE technicians have been terrific. Nice Unit but Skip the Keurig

This is cool. We spent more to have this feature and lose our Keurig machine from the counter but... 10oz max. So, two 8 oz cycles will have to do. Good news is it’s a beautiful appliance, lighting is awesome and the quality seems there. GE service is exceptional. Don’t leave installation to the dealer. They are ill equipped.

Love it

I have had this fridge for a few weeks. Love the Keurig in door. the only issue I've seen is that the internal temperature reads lower than it actually is. Does not keep liquids cold enough for our liking.

Do not spend the money. Not worth it.

Refrigerator has doors that do not open the entire way. Difficult to get the bottom drawers out for cleaning. Our hot water dispenser was serviced more than 4 times. Ice box leaked and frost accumulated. We were told that was normal. Finally got a new refrigerator but would have preferred another model. The inside is very nice with great lighting.

Not a great product

The Kurig is super finicky , fridge space Is super small and pretty sure my freezer is going out after only having it for 8 months
