Would RecommendI like my new refrigerator. However, I am concerned with the icemaker. On several occasions the ice produced gets stuck in the upper part of the ice compartment. I have to open it to release the ice so that it continues with the ice production.

Ice and water dispenser have issues
Would Not RecommendRefrigerator is okay. The shelves on the door doesn’t slow for much room to fit various bottles. The ice maker and water dispenser are my biggest struggle. I water comes out extremely slow and the ice machine is constantly jammed up that you can’t get ice. Freezer door seems to have issue staying closed if It is near full. I would get rid of it but my entire kitchen is cafe brand

Unable to maintain temperature
2 years into ownership on this highly priced premium product. We are not satisfied. The fridge is unable to maintain consistent temperatures. Our food is regularly over 42-45 deg when we have the fridge set to 36. We monitor the temperature inside the fridge with 2 separate thermometers. One is a data logger I use for work which is submerged in water for consistent measurement. 2 fridge openings cause the temp to drift 8-10 degrees and it takes 8 hours to recover. It's unacceptable. Always Fits
We're thrilled. We get a LOT of food to store until we distribute it. We have stocked & stocked and pushed and shoved. This refrigerator has NOT let us down, yet. The doors always shut tight! The massive amount of stuff, so far, ALWAYS FITS! Never in my adult life have We had this miracle in a refrigerator!

Would RecommendThe features on this model are far and above what one would expect from a refrigerator. The in the door hot water feature is great for a quick cup of tea etc. The twin temps is something I wasn’t expecting. What a great appliance.

Nice but plastic parts are a disappointment
