Not a long lasting refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love reading reviews but so rare is it to find one where the user has owned the appliance for 5+ years, I have. My GE Cafe Refrigerator with water dispenser stopped working after only 4 years of use! The compressor stopped working to circulate the cold air to keep the refrigerator cold. After purchasing and installing a new one, it has stopped working again, 1.5 years later, along with the door sensor and water control also no longer function...

Outstanding

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We enjoy the quality of this refrigerator. The doors seal extremely well and nothing seems flimsy. It's quit and maintains temperatures well plus it has a nice modern look which we like.

Freezer stopped working after 4 years

Ours lasted 4 years before the freezer stopped working.

Great product overall

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All around a great product. Features configuration the capacity I'll make for a solid product. One drawback is the capacity of the filters which you need to reorder.

No Not Recommend

This is one of the worst refrigerators for the price. Ours is loud, the touch screen stopped working, the drawers are hard to clean, the temperature control and light on the bottom drawer have gone out. The air flow causes condensation on cooler items frequently. I do not recommend this product.

love it

Love the matte white, never looks dirty. Functions as expected and looks fantastic. We've been using it for five months and no issues.

Thermostat does not record actual temp Not freezin

Have had this unit several years and we NEVER have frozen ice cream or vegetables. Have had service 4 times !!!!!!

We are so happy with this refrigerator. If fills all our family of 4 needs. Always ice (big factor), and space for food storage.

10 years and still loving this refrigerator

I purchased this refrigerator about 10 years ago. Since that time, we make coffee using the Keurig at least once a day. The chipped filters can be pricey, but they work well and water does taste very good. At times, the fridge can make some loud and odd noises as the compressor turns on and off, but the cooling id very good. My only complaints after years of ownerships are that the stainless steel easily fingerprints and the ice maker gets clogged due to the heating element for the Keurig b...

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - ZERO STARS

I hate this fridge. The sellers left it for us and it is barely 5 years old. I have replaced two LED lights and have a service tech out twice to repair. It does not maintain temperature, has humidity inside (yes I replaced the seals too), now the in door icemaker/water dispenser has stopped working. The interior lights come on 10% of the time. This thing makes me angry when I look at it. $4K fridge. AVOID. GE GARBAGE.

Bad quality - very disappointed

This fridge is beautiful on the outside but don’t be fooled. The quality is that of any other consumer appliance manufactured in this era. We preordered this unit during our renovation, waited 5 months for it to arrive and were so excited. We’ve owned this fridge for less than 3 years and the main board and diverter valve have gone bad. The quality does not match the price with this appliance. Very disappointed, thought we’d get at least 5+ years from a brand like GE but unfortunately that wasn’...

Overall nice look

The only thing we do not like with the new refrigerator is that it seems to "hum" all the time.

Good size and features but poor performance

The door is so heavy that over time it has pulled the door hinge and broken it so that it does not close properly. The ice maker drips into the ice bin so the ice gets clogged in the dispenser.

Love my new Fridge! it is exactly as described and is so roomy!

Not what we expected

Considering this is suppose to be a premium appliance with a premium price…the actual product is no where close to premium. It’s basically a GE Profile for twice the price. Although everything is make out of plastic. The Smart features are a joke…although they have an app, you have to plug in a USB to add photos…which is basically the only feature it has. The matte black color is not black…its more of a charcoal grey. Very disappoint that I can’t return it.
