It's a beautiful refrigerator, I have the stainless steel version. I wish it hid fingermarks better. The water keeps dripping from the water dispenser so that makes me concerned for water damage to my hardwood floors. Love the amount of space in this refrigerator & the style.

Beautiful, but ok.

The refrigerator is beautiful. A lot of customers don’t like the black sides, but it looks fine and doesn’t have to be covered. I had a door cubby crack the first day. Bummer.

yes good features

The refrigerator runs most of the time and is quite loud. Takes some getting used to. Other than that, it is a large, spacious good looking refrigerator. At 35" deep it sticks out of our cabinet 12" with the handles on. Had we known that I think we would have chosen a different one.

White Refrigerator

Love this fridge. Only gave a 4-star because while I paid extra ($$) for a white refrigerator, I was surprised to learn upon delivery that the front of the fridge only is white. The rest of the fridge is black.

Doors and hum

We just got this delivered last Saturday. The doors do not open all the way, I cannot get the fresh drawers out, or the meat drawer out. They hit the door. I cannot even remove the packing tape because I can't open the drawers enough. How will I ever get them out to wash them? It hums so loud I can hear it downstairs, you can even feel the vibration on the floor. The inside of the right door has dried insulation foam all over the top. Pretty on the outside. Not worth the money.

It works fine and looks pretty. However, the ice gets stuck. The buttons on the front stick. The heated water only fills a tiny cup and takes forever to heat! We bought it to match our other cafe appliances, but I wish every day that we had gone for the cheaper and more functional models we were looking at. The bells and whistles of the cafe fridge are not worth the extra money.

Poor initial experience

The refrigerator arrived with a number of issues. Doors do not open or close as expected, but bind up in both directions. The freezer door does not properly open or close and the panel on the back was not properly attached. I have other Cafe appliances and have not witnessed such poor construction. I would not recommend this product given the cost.

Great Refrigerator.

Great refrigerator with good feature using WiFi to heat up water. However, I would recommend going with the models that have the beverage as its own compartment with its own handle. Sometimes it’s inconvenient to open both doors to open the beverage drawer.

For a café highly disappointed

I don’t like this refrigerator at all. It is loud and the space inside is not well designed. I would not buy it again. I actually wanted the one above it, but was unable to get due to availability. For the price of this, I expected more

Nice Features with issues....

I would rate this a 5 star when it was newly installed along with a whole suite of GE Cafe Line of appliances. Really like the hot water dispenser feature and other features this model has. Lots of refrigerator and freezer space. I'm giving it a 3 star rating because after 2 years the sealed compressor failed leaving us with no ice or freezer. The top part refrigeration was barely working. Tossed out $$ of food and was without ice or freeze for over 2 months. After trying for 2 MONTHS to get...

The worst experience i've had.

This unit is so noisy the fan noise is louder then the dishwasher when it runs, also this is a replacement unit the 1st was sent back unfixable after 3 service calls, when it comes to the are new kitchen this is worst decision in buying and trusting this Cafe appliance.

Nice Refrigerator

Nice refrigerator but not as roomy as I would like. I like the water and ice dispenser on the unit and the overall look of the fridge.

Leaked water from door when installed.

When installed leaked water from refrigerator door. Store we bought it from didn’t believe us (not a knock against GE). Eventually they sent GE repairman out who identified tubing to fill ice maker with water didn’t fit into water inlet valve. He ordered new water inlet valve and repaired problem a week later. Also, refrigerator doors are difficult to close. Typically when hands are full getting items out of refrigerator can push doors closed with elbows. Can’t do that with this refrigerator
