Quality is really good

Product is great!

Poor drying and false advertising.

Not happy. this was a replacement for my last Cafe dishwasher. Does not dry. Power Dry" replaces the Heated Dry button on models with this option. The "Power Dry" option can be added to any cycle but Rinse. "Power Dry" adds 65 minutes of drying time to the cycle. When the Clean light comes on, the fan will run for another 90 minutes or until the door is opened. "Power Dry" works differently on the Express Wash and eWash cycles: THERE IS NO FAN!

LEAKING AND THE DOOR

Unit started leaking after 10 days It’s been a month now since GE has been miserably failing in addressing the issue, so far we have had 5 appointments Don’t waste your time and money

Buyers Remorse

I hand wash most of my dishes because that is easier than using this dishwasher. The spacing for the dishes does not accommodate cereal or pasta bowls. The fold down piece falls down on its own knocking over the dishes that were arranged. Rack pieces feel cheap and several have broken or bent.

Mixed review

Cleans well but doesn't dry completely and the cycles take too long to run

Dishwasher never delivered.

I waited all day for the dishwasher to be delivered. It was not delivered. Instead it was marked as delivered and signed for, and a photograph of the dishwasher in a warehouse was attached.

Such a disappointment

Does not wash as well as one would think considering the price paid. We've had constant leaks and after the third round of trying to fix it, out home warranty company just paid out to replace it. Will NOT use this line of appliances again.

Very Quiet

Easy to install. It's very quiet. Quick to start. Easy load and gets dishes very clean.

Love it!

This dishwasher cleans so very well, and is extraordinarily quiet. My wife loves the large utensil cages too!

Beautiful design AND cleaning ability

Beautiful design to match my other Cafe appliances. I love the top "spatula" holder, the low noise level during washing and the fact that my dishes come out CLEAN everytime!!!

New out of the box it was broken.

Purchased 3-5-'25 Delivered 3-12-'25. Arrived broken. They were to order another to be delivered the 14. Never happened. The 17 found a leak that had been going on since the 12. Sent someone to fix the leak & was told that when we got the other dishwasher installed a new shut-off valve would be also installed. New dishwasher was installed 3-25-'25.

We love the café line of GE appliances! Everything looks so beautiful and high-end and works so well!

Good washer, over engineered racks.

The silverware rack in the Cafe isn't modular like the older GE units and each compartment when used In Open position silverware arent easy to retrieve. The plastic flaps are sharp on hands. If you use the rack in a flap down or closed position many pieces don't fit through slots. Rack is too bulky and not adaptable. We use the rack from our old machine, it's great! The third rack is cute but takes up room for taller pots down below. Machine cleans as well as any other .

Got a new dish whomper!

Arrived in excellent condition. Running first cycle, no problems out of the box.

Piece of Junk!

This is a very poorly made dishwasher. I have a kitchen aid in another home that is 100 better. It is very flimsy made and does not hold much. Then I purchased this I purchased as part of a group of Cafe appliances and never saw in person. I wish I looked at it in person. The third rack is so small that you can only fit silverware on it.

Energy efficiency

Love the GECafe dishwasher! I’m planning on purchasing the Cafe stove and refrigerator!
