good but not great

i hate the fact that the normal wash setting won’t allow extra drying so the dishes and the inside of the drawer stays wet…additionally the bottom drawer is way louder than the top drawer

Great looking, poor performance

On several occasions, if the washer is opened during use, it will not restart. Other times it will continually beep every few minutes and I have to unplug it to make it stop. Very quiet

This dishwasher is very quiet. With only 2 people, I love that you can do smaller loads in the bottom.

Awesome purchase

Quiet, efficient and helpful to not have to bend over all the time. Sure, its a first world problem but at 1k for the machine, ill take it. Looking forward to using both drawers for Christmas dinner tomorrow.

Not great, but only drawer option

I bought this dw because of the drawer option and I like the look. As others said, no outside indicator of washing status is annoying. It only cleans dishes if they’re placed well because water only comes from bottom, not top or sides. If you buy it, be sure to get the extended warranty. It will break. Mine did after a year, wouldn’t stop washing. The good news, I love drawers. You basically have 2 small dw and only use top for small family most of time.

Spray arm

Had an rotating arm alarm and looked at the arms there is no way to lock the arms they just rest on the mechanism.

Garbage - Don't buy

Complete piece of garbage. Do not purchase this dishwasher. It is a year and a half old and stopped functioning - same issue as everyone else. Doesn't drain, loud beeping, warranty not being honored, etc. Too young in its life to have these issues.

Not to buy a dishwasher and installation from Lowe

The entire purchase and installation process has been difficult at best and a nightmare, that isn’t finished yet, at worst

Two drawer cafe

A great dishwasher for a family of two. Easy to install. Quiet and cleans great. Only thin stopping from a five is the instructions for operation. There are pieces that come with the washer that are not explained in the use manual. Had to use google and go through the reviews to find their usage.

Not working

Really nice appliance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the dish washer. The capacity, very quiet, and it’s an attractive appliance. We are now having an issue where a cycle won’t start for the either drawer. When you hit start it locks, sits for a bit, then unlocks and beeps 6x

Barely lasted a year

An ostensibly reliably appliance business recommended this over the more expensive manufacturer I had in mind. Shortly after the warranty expired (of course!) the unit began beeping six times when I tried to begin a cycle. It does this on both drawers (we hardly ever use the bottom drawer). Wish I'd went with my original instinct instead of following the appliance dealer's advice. Quiet and classy look

Loading is a Challenge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is a challenge to load if you want to be efficient and use all the space. The side shelves should extend. The racks in the center are hard to fit anything except plates. In the end this dishwasher cleans and dries very efficiently.

Product doesn't drain, racks fall apart.

The dishwasher doesn't drain and you need to clean it out frequently or it gets gunk built up in the bottom. The racks keep falling apart and I'm constantly having to put them back in place frequently. The racks come apart and then get caught in the arm so the dishes don't get clean. I'm constantly having to put them back in the proper way. I would not recommend this product and have only had it less than 2 years and I'm going to replace it with a 1 door dishwasher.

Not Recommended

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a terrible dishwasher, it runs successfully about 50% of the time, very easy for something to get caught in the spinner, which then doesn’t allow for everything to get cleaned. Have to clean out frequently, as it starts to smell very easily. This dishwasher is more work than helpful. But it is aesthetically pleasing.
