Love the idea of being able to do two loads

Fred’s appliance sent a repairman to fix it and we waited two weeks for the parts. The repairman came again, installed the new parts and it didn’t solve the problem . Asked for a new unit and just installed it.

Lots of options

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The double drawer option is wonderful. If you have one load ready, you can wash it while adding dishes to the other drawer very convenient. The quality and overall look is exceptional. Noise levels are very minimal. My opinion is one of the best products on the market.

Great dishwasher design

Very practical dishwasher, lets you wash & dry in 2 compartments, very quiet operation, many control options and features.

Junk

Sometimes it works. Sometimes it doesn't. It's a real pain in the neck to make it drain properly. Putting the rack together and getting everything to stay is nearly impossible. My wife has had nothing but problems with it since day one. She's convinced I can make it better by tinkering with it, but this thing is junk. I actually hate it

Love the two drawers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the design with the two drawers which is especially helpful to an older person. I don't care for the buttons to start it. Sometimes they work, and other times they don't. I never know if it's on or not.

Regret it.

We hated this dishwasher as soon as it was installed. Now, four months after warranty it stops working and we're honestly just thinking of throwing it away rather than fixing it and we're only a family of three and we can barely do the dishes after cooking a meal.

Horrible Product

Ours quit finishing a cycle within 1 year. Unable to get service. Absolutely do not recommend this brand. I also wish I would have gotten a single door. The double drawer looks cool but is basically useless as it states you can run both at the same time but the bottom one always had an issue when I tried to do it. Yes, it was professionally installed.

Good Unit, Leaves Residual Water after Wash

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit replaced my 15+ year old Fisher and Paykel double dish drawer. I was told GE bought FP and the GE unit was basically identical. I would agree. My experience so far is OK. My main concern is the remaining water after the wash cycle, even after leaving the drawer unopened overnight. There is a lot of residual water on the silverware basket and side flip down shelves. The cycles allowing sanitize that I guess heats the water and or...

Love It!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We Love, Love this dishwasher. It's great for the two of us and when we need more space on the holidays or parties we can use the second drawer. It's super quiet too. I love the knock knock feature that turns off the dishwasher. It's great for a smaller kitchen too, no more bending down to open and close the door.

Not totally satisfied

I do like that this appliance is very quiet and does have a good capacity. I was very disappointed in the way that they have set up the way you have to change the cycles. It is very confusing and you cant tell if it is set up correctly or not. It took me about 2 hours to finally get my dishwasher set to the cycle I wanted. The directions are confusing and the steps to complete are complicated. Previously I had a Fisher-Pachel 2 drawer dishwasher and it was very simple to change the settings...

Think Twice About Double Drawers

This dishwasher is beautiful and extremely quiet, however, it is very difficult to fit pans and cutting boards even in the larger compartment on top. It prefers powder detergent, which I am used to using pods, and it does not completely dry on every cycle type. In hindsight, I would have purchased the single drawer/regular dishwasher instead of this double drawer one. You also can't see when the dishes are done, except for through the app, so there have been times I didn't know if it was clean o...

Terrible. DO NOT BUY

We thought this would be great since we do not always need a full load. Terrible idea. This dishwasher capacity is way less than half, and the cleaning power is non-existant. The repair man's first words when we brought him out were "this model is trash". Do not buy this. It does look nice though.
