Happy With Dishwasher

Dishwasher is a must leaves my dishes clean and sanitize, this machine is super quite I don't even know if its running that's how quite it is I get a notification on my phone once its complete its job. You have to download the app, it has nice features. Remember if you are using a pod you need to place in the basket were utensil go instructions tell you this. This dishwater is great for small loads or big loads.

Not happy!

We’ve had our dish drawer less than a month and I have to call a repair person for the second time! Both drawers are locked and won’t open with the knock to pause, and run for a few minutes, then stop for a few seconds then run again. The first time was at installation and the second time was on a Saturday when the dealer was closed so I have to wait until Monday!

Great Upgrade from Standard Dishwasher

Quiet, easy to load. Nice if you just have few dishes to wash.

Love the two drawer dishwasher. It is quiet and efficient. Love the ability to wash small loads and if needed using both drawers for different cycles.

Completely unreliable and disappointing dishwasher

Incredibly disappointed with this dishwasher - less than 2 years and we couldn't do anything to fix it. Will never buy this brand again.

Pretty and efficient!

I love that the door doesn't come all the way down like the regular dishwasher and take up all your space. I love the two separate drawers. I can run them both at the same time or each individual individually. Plus it's pretty!

Loading dishwasher

The plate holder tines in both drawers have fallen apart. Impossible to get them back in properly so they will hold up plates. Do you have a video on how to fix this? Thanks!

Elegance in appearance

Love the size of the 2 drawers and the convenience of using just one at a time or both when needed. It’s extremely quiet and does an excellent job in cleaning. It’s also very elegant.

Be aware of Installation challenges!

Installation has been an on going challenge! I hope its worth all the heads it has created.

Silent as death and pleasure to use

Every new appliance has a learning curve. I am still working on the controls on this one.. accidentally turning off the heated dry for example.. Otherwise I am just smitten with this thing! Don't buy, quality is questionable

This dishwasher looks beautiful. That about ends anything positive about it. It does not clean well. Often times, plates/bowls/silverware will come out unclean. I have tried to load in different configurations, not over load, etc. This is not user error. Worst of all, I've only used it for less than a year and the main control is already broken. Needs perfecting

Doesn’t clean well. Hard to load larger dishes because of the way the drawer is configured. Looks great and is easier to load/unload because of the drawer height unlimited needs to be perfected. Functionality is inconsistent

I still hate this dishwasher

I posted a 1-star review on this dishwasher a year ago and was told that I wasn’t using the dishwasher properly and needed to read the owner’s manual. After 4-5 separate maintenance visits, we finally got a replacement dishwasher under warranty. The issues were not user error, the dishwasher was manufactured wrong. 2 drawer is best feature ever for a dishwasher.

This is our second two drawer dishwasher. We are a couple and it is right size for us does great job on whatever we chose to clean.

Mostly Awesome!

I love the amount of things that I can fit in the 2 drawers and that it’s super quiet. My complaint is that a few times I put the pod in and ran the load but when I opened the drawer there was powder stuck along the top of the drawer which is a little weird and the dishes didn’t seem fully clean. Fabulous Dishwasher!

This 2 drawer design dishwasher makes a lot of sense. I enjoy using the smaller cycle option with just one drawer. It's even better to fill up both drawers when an overly full load is needed. It was a very worthwhile purchase. I was under the impression that the dishwasher would be more quiet than it is. However the performance and ease of use outweigh any sound issues.
