Great quality. Necessary hoses and cords were included contrary to what one web page claimed. Well packaged and was flawless when unwrapped. Works well. Very quiet. One thing I would like to see a light to indicate cycle is finished (clean) and one to indicate cycle is in progress.

Engineering disaster

Bought the upper end series and received on 5/22/24 the unit would periodically not wash or complete a cycle between the drawers. On 6/2/2025 both independent drawers stopped working, just receive audible sounds. Keep in mind this dishwasher is basically two independent units. Cleans and looks great!

We chose this dishwasher based on the color and the double-drawer feature. It fits nicely and snugly in our newly remodeled kitchen. We didn't have a whole lot of space for a bigger dishwasher, so this one fit just perfectly. My only thing with it is that you can't fit in a whole lot of dishes in either drawer at one time, since the dimensions are smaller than a normal-sized dishwasher. Cafe series does not disappoint

Was sad to leave behind my dishwasher. It was also cafe with the upgraded copper handles. Loved it!!! But sold the house. When they told me about the double drawer dishwasher I couldn’t WAIT to put it into the new house! GE Cafe appliances have out worked any other appliance I’ve owned! So easy to use, perform beautifully and their appearance is breathtaking! Just starting to use the double drawer washer and I’m sure it will stand up to the test of time!

No instruction books on either products> Not nice

no instruction manual for either product. I am having difficulty with the dishwasher push button features to start . Not happy . This dishwasher is not friendly to operate sorry I bought this.

This is a beautiful appliance! I have a small kitchen and the drawer style works much better in the space. It is so much quieter than my last old school dishwasher. I actually enjoy doing dishes now!

We purchased this GE Cafe dishwasher in December of 2023 and it has been a disaster since day 1. Numerous times the dishwasher would beep and do nothing. We would open and close the drawer and it would work. It will never dry your dishes either. By the end of the 12 month useless warranty, nothing was resolved. We contacted GE shortly after the dishwasher completely failed and they said they would fix it. 4 months later, GE has given up on fixing it and said they will not help any further after ...

Yes! Beauty can be quiet and this cafe' drawer dishwasher is a whisper. Stunningly beatiful in the black stainless. Easy to use and loaded with modern features (wifi, etc).

Very quiet dishwasher and we love the two drawer model. Only thing keeping it from 5star for us is that it holds some water in bottom after completion of full wash cycle. Would recommend product though as cleans well and has to be quietest model on the market

We love that this dishwasher has two drawers. We can run one load while loading the other drawer and never have dirty dishes in our kitchen sink. We are also just two people in our household, so we rather the two drawers versus one large dishwasher. The unit is quiet. The only downside is that it only lasts about five to seven years. We just purchased our third unit in about 15 years.

One drawer capacity is perfect for just us empty- nesters, we can run each evening without using energy of running a full load. Husband's favorite feature, forget a glass - just tap twice and it will unlock. Super quiet, beautiful design.

Poor Quality with cheap parts for the price

Poor quality and very cheap parts for the price. definitely get the extended warranty, less than 2 years and we're on the third repair for the same thing. The dishwasher leaks at the door, and they have yet to find a way to stop from happening over and over. Their extended warranty company is great, easy to work with and quick response, but would prefer NOT to have to call every 6 months for repairs.
