I WANTED to love this coffee maker...but I can't

I want to love this coffee maker but I just can't. It does several things great. I do like the app as I can set multiple schedules to brew at different times in the morning and different cup amounts...you only buy a smart coffee maker when you want it to brew in the morning and be ready when you want it ready. Which brings me to the not advertised or BEST FEATURE of this coffee maker....since it's connected to your Wi-Fi when you unplug it or if you have a power outage...THE CLOCK SETS ITSELF...

Great coffee!

Love the coffee maker, but only gave it four stars because of what I consider a design flaw. That design flaw is that the water container does not have any way of evaporating the moisture during the day, and I must prop the lid open so that moisture does not build up and create a mold situation. Otherwise, this Coffee maker makes a very good cup of coffee and I like the fact that there is a mobile app which allows me to change the brewing or start it from another room.

Love the look and it makes a great cup of coffee. Two things that could be improved. Every time we take the glass pot out coffee/liquid drops on the hot pad. It would be nice if it was a 12 cup pot.

Don't waste your money

Since day 1 I couldn't get hot coffee. I call to have it fixed and I have to jump through hoops, instead of just replacing it. They want a short video of the problem. How the I make a video showing that the coffee does not get hot? It's an overpriced pile of trash. While I do appreciate the Bluetooth capability, it isn't worth the extra money.

Needs cup level inicators on glass carafe

It would rate five stars if the cup levels were indicated on the glass carafe. One has to guess the amount when filling carafe with water prior to brewing.

Almost perfect

It makes great coffee but it needs some changes to be excellent. 1) it only stay on for 2 hours and my family gets up between 5am & 8, needs to be adjustable. 2) the buttons & button labels are evenly spaced top to button. Took forever to learn and our guests are flummoxed. 3) we got the white and it was beautiful till we made coffee in it. I have never washed a coffee pot so much. 4) please send more replacement filters with the product. Just 1 means I am searching already for a new one. 5) I w...

Great looking, performance not as great.

Looks great. Difficult to pour all the coffee out. App crashes constantly on android.

Great until Descale cycle got stuck!

I bought this in Dec 2023. The descale light came on in June 2024. I held the top button that says Hold to Descale and followed the manual directions but the light will not go off and it will not allow any other brew cycle. Therefore, I cannot use this coffee maker anymore. I descaled 6-8 times. It just seems stuck. I was happy until this happened. Now I’m disappointed this only lasted us 6months and there is no support to help me reset this.

We love this new coffee maker. I especially like the way the lid attaches securely and there are no worries when pouring. The unit is very easy to operate and makes delicious coffe..

Coffee time anyone!

Unlike any coffee maker I have ever had. White, chrome handle design. Very sleek! love the app and how I can manage the schedule. It told me one time to add water! How cool is that! Every cup I’ve had so far has been awesome! When I have guests over they all want to know where I got it. I created an entire coffe station around it😬

Looks great, didn’t last a year.

As much as I liked this coffee maker, it lasted only a year. It was a gift from my daughter. We have all the other white cafe appliances. This was too much money for the small amount of time we had it.
