Great coffee maker!

I just got this as a birthday present and am so happy with it! The coffee is hot, delicious and the machine is so fast and quiet. I love the chime at the end of a brew cycle. I’m looking forward to using this daily for years to come!

Love the Design and ease of use

So far so good, this coffee maker is by far the nicest one I've ever used. I haven't done any of the wireless programing, I haven't had to. I read the instructions, and boy the buttons are minimalistic but super easy to use. Everyone I show, says how nice it looks and the coffee so far excellent, can't wait to get some better beans.

Stains Terribly!

It’s a beautiful coffee maker to sit on your counter, until multiple uses. I have the white model and it stains terribly! I should have expected this, it is a coffee maker, but in a few short months, the coffee maker, especially the carafe, look disgusting!

Beautiful paperweight

Have had this coffeemaker for over a year and it was amazing until it wasn’t. Had a house full of people for Thanksgiving and it was all set up for after-dinner coffee, but all I got was error messages: add H2O, even though it was full of water, and subsequently Err 3. Luckily the nespresso machine was working anf so we made custom coffee drinks for the whole crowd. Have tried every troubleshooting tip on Reddit without success so I guess this beautiful hunk of junk is going to the landfill. Won...

Fantastic features and finishes!!!

This would be a five out of five rating if it wasn’t for the smart link Wi-Fi complexity of trying to get it on the Smart app!..it took a good hour After opening up this coffee maker just to get the Smart features set up! Awesome brewer! Fast, consistent brewing Better than a Keurig

Hot coffee but a faulty carafe.

I absolutely love this coffee maker. It's pretty, it brews fast and delivers delicious hot coffee. My only complain is the thermal carafe. You can't submerge it in water to clean it, otherwise water gets trapped between the walls of it. It's hard to find a replacement for the black-I received one but it leaks. I can't reorder another.

Stopped working suddenly

Worked great for 4 months, then one saturday morning, just wouldn't brew a second pot. Nothing odd had happened. Makes a "click" sound, but never brews. No error code.

Don’t Be Tempted To Buy

Bought this coffee maker to go along with my GE major appliances. I have owned this coffee maker for 1 1/2 years and use it about once a month. Very sad to see now that the digital clock no longer displays the numbers correctly. Looked for replacement parts but none available. I would not buy this appliance again, very disappointed with all appliances I have purchased from GE.

Looks gorgeous in my white kitchen; a little glitchy to turn on but the asthetics trump it. The coffee cup is heavy

Good looking to start

Got this to add with my appliances not worth the money so sad it looked good in my kitchen until I used it. It does not get clean stains so easy not a value. Too bad the plastic is cracking.

Nothing impressive about it considering the price. It is pretty just not worth the price.

Great coffee, design could use some work

We had a problem with the original one we bought. I failed within the first couple of weeks. The Descale light came on and would not reset, it showed Medium, even though we never changed it from Gold, but GE was great about replacing it. The new one has been working properly so far and hopefully will continue to do so. It makes excellent tasting coffee when set to Gold. The only complaints are the water reservoir doesn't come off to make cleaning easy and because of the thick insulated wall...
