I have owned multiple brother printers in my past 30 years of using printers for various reasons. However I decided to go with a color printer and in the last 16 months have went through 2 of these MFC-3780cdw. They are JUNK to say the least. It was either the drums needing to be calibrated, to being cleaned, to you can't use other printer cartridges but BROTHER to needing drums that were only 2 months from unboxed factory replacement. I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS MFC3780CDW TO ANYONE!

This is an awesome machine. Compact, well designed for ergonomics, and appears to be stingy with toner (which is NOT cheap to replace)! Print quality is outstanding, the the multi-function features of scan, copy, and print are truly a joy. I work in the legal sector, this is my second Brother MFC product. I tried a Canon MFC - sheer junk!

A great paper shredder
We have been using Brothers printers for years and this thing is probably the worst we have ever had. Constantly jams when printing in batches, and destroys items as you print them when the feed jams. It does scan pretty quickly compared to older models.
