Started out great but now not working

After I first set up the printer/scanner it worked great. However, after a recent update my printer is offline and I cannot connect to it.

Best unit Ever

Great printer and scanner, the best I've ever used. Easy to serup and maintain.

Horrible

Probably the worst printer I've ever had. The ink clogs, it's a nightmare setting up wifi, the ink gets all over you hands when you change them out. The user interface is not intuitive either.

High quality printing

Great printing. Touch screen doesn’t work well. Repeat touch multiple times before screen responds.

Unreliable and high maintenance

So sorry that I dumped an HP printer for this unreliable and high maintenance alternative. The ink lasts only a few weeks, and I don't run a business - this is mostly printing sheet music for choir rehearsal. Lines and blanks are frequent. Many times the connection simply cuts out from my computer to the printer. Never happened with the HP. The only reason I switched was due to the size of my desk. The photos are just two weeks after inserting brand new cartridges at a ridiculous price.

Good…but warranty length is wrong

Just got this up and running. Pleased that it’s so fast. However, I am not pleased with the discrepancy in the description on the warranty. No matter where you look to purchase, it states a “two-year” warranty. But when I got the printer, docs inside the box state it is only a one year warranty. I made part of my decision based on the better warranty! So I’m not happy. I also do not like front loading the ink cartridges. I need to use a flashlight to see it, to make sure I load them in correctl...

Stopped Printing shortly after purchase

Hooked up Printer and shortly after the thing stopped printing. Bought an Epson.

Do not buy it

The primer lasted 6 months. Then start working again. Still has power issues. Sometimes turn on, sometimes it doesn’t. The fist time it happened I should have returned but I didn’t . The printer is never under your control, the INK PROGRAM THEY have controls your printer.

Ink never shows its full

I’ve used brother printers for over 10 years in my personal home because I love them and they are reliable. However. I just got another one to bring here to school and it Never registers my brand new ink as being full! I looked on Reddit and saw that this is indeed a problem with their ink and that sometimes the cartridge would be empty. Brother printers are the Best!

The brother printer is the only one that prints professionally and very clear and easy to use!

Story so far

Even though I have only had this printer for a short while, I am pleased with its speed and print quality. I was disappointed to find that the Print anywhere app would require me to purchase a new iPhone. Surely there was as version prior to this one that ran on an iPhone 8. If there was, I would like a link to it. That app would have been a great way to print stuff during my two weeks away from the House recently. Apart from that, I give the printer top marks.
